As soon as I get my car all together I will be there, (A&W). The word "backorder" really pisses me off.

As far as "salvage yards" go, we use K&R auto salvage at the place I work. I would try calling all of them until you find what you need. These cars are old now so the bone yards aren't going to keep parts for them, or they will have f-bodies already stripped to the bone.

 

you can try universal In south Uxbridge and there are a few large ones in northbridge.

Yes, she will be on the road. My weekend car. I took the engine out last night. I have a basement full of parts to install plus more on the way. I noticed my neighbor watching me last night, he thought the rice rocket was bad.....wait 'til he hears this baby! The day she is done and tuned I will be posting a victory thread and updating here in northeast section. I would like to have it done the week before Labor Day because I am going away for Labor day.

 

Swansea Auto Parts in Swansea and Jake's (or maybe Jack's) in Bristol.

I was just at Swansea Auto Parts the other day looking for some stuff, and he has about 10 3rd gen cars in the yard. About 9 of them all had the dash still intact. I can't comment on the condition of the dash pads themselfs (I wasn't looking for one), but good place to start.

The guy you want to take to is David, he runs the place.

Working on geting a picture of my Camaro on thirdgen.Have to size it down.Hope it works.

 

There's a place called Halls salvage on rt.14 near the landfill in Johnston. I believe halls is is Situate - but it's right down the road from the landfill.

He has a pretty good turnover and usually has 4-5 thirdgens in the yard at any 1 time.

Hey ralph - I see you learned how to ri-size those pictures !!


P.S. I think the Green Berlinetta has made it's last trip to A&W this year...... I'll be pulling the motor and upgrading the tranny ,....... so If you see me at the A&W - I'll be in the Black 95Z.

i goto ABC auto salvage in burriville i think it is, they had a crapload of 3rd gen camaros and a handfull of 3rd gen t/a's im up there a lot but ya gotta look for the cars most arent out in the open but in the middle theres a crapload of fbodies pilied together.

 

how old/what are your names, you people from Burrillville? I used to live there years ago (I'm 19 now).
