Jim,

Yes that would be me. I can't have anything but the best in my car. that is why i am not happy with the engine trans setup right now and i am currently looking for a totaled LS1 that was hit on the side or the rear. That even hurts my ears. The scarry thing is my system is not done yet. i have about 2 or 3 more things i have to do before it is done and i can't let everyone know what im doin. Ask Erik he might tell you if he remembers.

I remember...

Speaking of which, your car has inspired me to beef up my system... I was wondering if perhaps we could talk and you steer me in the right direction? I'm PM'ing you next with some details...

Car: Mine was the Blue 84 Z28. It was parked underneath the tree in the Stop and Shop parking lot. I think it was the dirtiest car there as well, seeing as how I didn't wash it.

Car: Green 1994 Camaro Z28.

I rolled in around 9ish. I've got the Weld Prostarts, 6 point roll cage in the car and the ATI D1 Supercharger. I parked towards the end of the pack and had a few people looking at the car for a while.

I know there were a few pics taken of my engine and a few videos were taken when I was leaving. I was wondering if I could get a copy of those sent to me, or whoever took them, please post a link. I would like to see them.

Thanks!

Sean

I had a really good time! I didn't get a chance to meet everybody but I saw some really nice thirdgens!

Hey Sean your car was awesome. You probably don't remember but we met a couple month's back at the Denny's parking lot one night because I waved you in. Unless i'm thinking of a different ATI Procharged Green Z.

Awesome car bro, too bad my camera battery was dead.

Nikki,

When I repaint my car I might go with something totaly different. Instead of the same red I might go with an Electron Blue color with Silver and Blue Ghost Flames. If I keep the red I'm still going to do the red and silver ghost flames. I had the Blue idea thrown at me yesterday. Help me decide what i should do. Maybe just sell it and buy a FORD? You know which one i'm talking about. I can't do that though because i'm a gm guy.

Chuck,

i would keep it the color you have it but i would definatly add the ghost flames..which is wierd becuase i am getting ghost flames when i go ultra violet purple for my next paint job..ive always liked the look of the ghost flames on these cars. hehe if you buy a ford ill personally kick you in the *** lol. but whatever you do keep the color you have now.

Nikki,

If I do paint my car blue. have you seen jesse james bike? the blue with green flames? Well i would do something like that. I had that brain storm at ork today. When i didnt do anything all l day. If not the red is staying and the ghost flames are going on.

Yeah thanks guys... make me look like a stalker. Of course I was smiling! How often do you get to cruise with a bunch of awesome cars down the parkway? I mean admittedly I'm new at this, so I guess it's that first-time excitement. Ah whatever, I sound like a tool.

Anyway, not that I went the whole trip, but here you go:

Name: Casey
Car: Charcoal Gray 84 Camaro SC

Next time we do this, my headliner won't be blocking the entire hatch window. :sillylol:

Cayse, it is not a first time excitement... it's that feeling you get everytime you roll with awesome cars...

The same feeling you get when you break your previously best ET, or R/T... the feeling you get when you get absolutly pinned against the seat, and the rumble in your gut...

The smell of burning rubber and race gas...

So where's the BBQ!? lets pick a park or somewhere in the middle of NJ and we can all bring something... package of burgers and dogs each or something... some charcoal, ect.... make a day of it... or perhaps a weekend!

Damn, now I'm hungry...

I am taking a wild guess here but it might work. maybe one of your pulleys is to tight. or maybe a little corroded around the berring. that could cause squealing. or a type of moaning sound. does it always make that sound or only when you get on it hard? I remember when i put my new alt in my 88 i put the bearing back on the wrong way somehow and that was making that kind of noise

Nikki, yeah that was me that put the wax on the belt... it stopped squeeling for all of about, what, 30 seconds? lol... usually lasts a bit longer for me, a couple weeks maybe...

My squeeking belt is 'cause by my PS belt being too loose... your belts definatly weren't too loose, it's possible they're too tight. Give it a try. If that doesn't work, try the wax thing again on both sides of the belt, or belt dressing. Also check and make sure your bracket isn't loose or bent. Improper accessory alignment can cause a squeek too...

Just some ideas...

Next time I see you guys, hopefully my car will be in better condition... power windows that work, and quite possibly my headers... I just got a bigger paycheck than I had anticipated today, and I found out I have another one comming to me out of the blue in 2 weeks time... so I have some cash to put into my car before this summer is over! I'm going to a good custom exhaust shop tomorrow hopefully for some estimates on y-pipes..You ever hear a V6 with headers? Me niether. I'll be the first! :lala:

BTW, Nikki, I just noticed your Pantera icon... Will you marry me? :hail:

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again.
