ANYOne IN THE PHILA
Your best bet is probably a Meineke. I had them cover up my tig welds with their mig welder on my exhaust after they started to leak. They can usually fit you in same day and their work is guaranteed. I didn't like where they put my "dual dual" loudmouth tips on but didn't notice it until I got home. I went back the next day and they redid them to where I felt they looked better.
Oh hell no!! That is a ripoff. My question is, will there be any custom work done? I was going to get a new custom y-pipe made to take the place of my custom y-pipe I made and one local place was gonna charge me $400 for it, so I opted out for re-welding my old setup for $70 at meineke. If you need custom work done be prepared to spend some decent money. If it is just some typical welding to the old pipes you have, it should cost in the 2-400 range for a dual setup. Try a local mom and pop place. If you're friendly with them, they'll usually cut you a break.

One of the best exhaust guys on the east coast is near Philly.
You need to find Alex Baynard of Alex's Exhaust.
ALEX'S EXHAUST
310 BUSH ST, BRIDGEPORT, PA 19405
Phone: (610) 275-3008
I have met him a couple of times, pretty cool guy. He also helped me put the exhaust on my car (made a y-pipe for the true duals) but I will have him redo my entire exhaust once I get some more money. He is good, but I hear he is also expensive, so save your money.
