I dont need the hatch or rear end, needs to have good tail lights and bumper cover. must be in good shape from the gas cap back.

I'm looking to put a GTA rear clip on to an '89 camaro this winter... so you can have an idea of what I'm looking for. I will pick it up. If you can cut it yourslef, let me know so I can bring a saw.

I am not looking to take a complete car, or even the rear half of the car. Just from the gas cap back. All I need is body panels and cosmetics for the rear of the car.

Let me know if anyones got a car going to the yard...

why the GTA requirement? the part you want (minus taillamps, and i think trans am and gta bumper covers are the same) you can get from any firebird

 

Will the parts fit? Where the Firebird quarters meet the sail panels are shaped differently between the Camaro and Firebird?

 

I'm cutting the back of the 1/4s on both cars, and combining both bumpers so make everything appear stock.

Now that I have been looking into it more, it seems even more simple then I originally thought. However, now I DEFINATELY NEED A 91/92 rear clip. I dont know much about the firebird models, but I know I need the GTA style lights and bumpers.

When this project is done, It'll definately turn some heads!

PS--- I still need a 91/92 donor car. I dont care if it completely stripped, I just need it to be complete from the gas cap back.
