looking for welder in eastern, pa... near allentown..

need a set of subframe braces welded on... (umi)

and i need a 8 point cage welded in.... its the one that welds to the floor with the 6x6 in plates..

it is regular steel.. not crome moly so it dont need tig..

you must bring welder.. or i meet you where there is one.. i dont have one..

I would check out JS Performance in Hulmeville, PA. I get all of the work to my car done there. Josh welded on my Spohn SFCs and did an excellent job.
If I am correct he is also a UMI authorized dealer.

 

yeah i know of him... his shop is a sponser of our club... but... to much.. wants 800... just dont think it should cost that....i got a guy that will do for about 300..
just trying to not drive ... if i have to i will go to him..

I welded the subframe connectors in, brain did ya like how they came out? and what kind of differences did they make?

 

.. i can garentee a difference for those are sceptical... just sitting in the car u can feel the difference on the way the car will bounce.. and for turns.. ... all i can say is get them.. i cant wait to see how much the roll cage make a difference..

DJ is great at welding and knows his stuff.. he will do anyones in the area.. and ill help out to to speed things up since we both did mine.. if any one is intrested.. wont take as long as mine did.. since it was our first.. and we can gareentee the power wont go out this time .. that sucked.. but what can ya do..
