8.5" above the top of the normal hood? How will you see around that thing?
I have a feeling that you're going to pay through the nose to have wiring done by a custom shop.

yeah i got a quote at $75 an hour on the wireing but i found a way around things where i just took the under hood fuse box from the SSR and then split the power going to it to the camaros fuse box so it has 2 fuse boxes and the engine runs from the underhood box and the under hood pcm and then im gonna let electronic lab take it from there. but i have had to do customizing out the butt i had to fabricate my own tranny cross member and mounts and since im using a th-350 instead of the 700R-4 or the 4L80E i had to fabricate a torque arm mount. i have also fabricated my own solid motor mounts which are welded to the car and bolted to the block this was the only way that i could move the motor the 4 inches back that it needed to be placed so the powersteering pulley didnt hit the power steering box and so the stock driveshaft length could be kept. but still im sure there are gonna be alot more problems im gonna run into when i get to the exhaust and smog and other things down the road
