Take your time Eric, my thoughts are with you and your family.
Nice looking Mustang Steve, one of my favorite body styles, can't wait to see what she can do.
12's Travis, don't know if I believe that, guess I will have to wait and see.
Car is looking good Robby. It will be nice to see everyone again and see how the cars are running.
Oh, Alex make sure and bring some decals, I will be getting the silver colored one, maybe a black one too.

Hey, so whats the plan, is anyone meeting up 10:00-10:30 at the sunrise In&Out again ? or should we just keep an eye out for a gaggle of thirdgens at the strip.

Yeah Alex,I'll bring the camera.I can get some tapes,it's no big deal.I got a new digital camera too so I'll bring that.My 3.73's are being installed right now and I'll have her back tomorrow.I heard I'll notice HUGE difference in the power. That thing moves now,I can't wait to drive it with the new gears.I may stick a cobra or gt-40 intake on before saturday too,we'll see.

Cool, as long as someones tapin' and we can get some footage for the site -- thats all I want. I'll also have my digital still cam, so I hope to shoot all the thirdgens there before the days end.
I hope you like the new 3.73 gearset. I just stepped down about 2 months ago to 3.42's - the 3.73 were too short FWIW. 3.42's seem ideal for TBI cars making moderate power, short enough to get up and go and tall enough for a nice cruise on the freeway.

I might just get to In&Out on the fifth, I just got the IROC back and the old T5 has seen better days, but I'll try and come out.
Thank *** for Pick N' Pull, we'll see if this T5 doesn't give me the old "rockcrusher" whine and the 3-4 "cap'n crunch shifts".

am i an offender to any of those rules? i dont think ive ever substituted symbols, to make words, i just say them, like **** **** and bitch for example. oh and cant forget ****
edit: wow i can say bitch? then its not my fault heh.. anyone else like the puppybowl that was on tv at the same time as the superbowl? i do. actually, not really, i just like the show so i have a reason to say stuff like, "thats a might fine bitch", and "her puppy isnt a bad bitch herself".
edit 2: hey steve, i double checked, these headers are not ceramic coated, just.. chrome or nickel plated..im thinking about buying them and reselling them at a higher price hehe

i cant wait for my 3.42's to be installed, but i have lots of prep to do before then, new cover, 9bolt caliper plates, royal purple gear oil, new shocks springs. i think that covers it.

Sounds like everyone but me will have something new on their car, oh well. I still won't be racing this time, going to wait until the summer after I have some more mods done to my car, plus I don't think a gas leak coming from the tank area is a good idea to have while racing. All good though, can't wait to see everyone's cars and times. Meeting at In&Out at 10am sounds good to me.

If it was that simple I would do that. Trouble is I can't find exactly where the leak is coming from. Sometimes I think it's the filler neck, or it's coming from a line. Without being able to put the car on a lift it's very hard to get a good look under there and find the leak. I have to smog the car by April, when I take it to Bennie's shop to smog it I am going to have him find the stupid leak and fix it since it won't pass smog with visual gas leaks, plus he has a lift of course.

expectin' . . . high 13'2s low 14's
Last time out was a 14.6 even though I had a similar 2 sec 60' and ~98mph trap speed as traviz did who ran almost a full second faster -- so I'm blaming my tune which was richer than donald trump above 3500.
I cleaned up the tune on the dyno, had 3.42's installed, posi in - open diff out, moser axles, sub-frame connectors, and line lock . . .
heres hopin'
good luck to everyone.
edit : oh yeah, I picked up the first run of the decals the other night. I'll bring them all with me on Saturday for anyone interested.

street legal - ya' know, a car that you can drive on the street legally. . .valid registration, dot approved tires, etc.
If you, (not you specifically traviz - but anyone) have recently performed mods that would make your not street legal - than maybe you shouldn't consider yourself in this classification anymore.

Shouldn't be a problem -- although I think they will want you to pay up for 2 drivers instead of 1
A single co-driver is permitted in vehicles running slower than 14.00 seconds. Co-drivers must be at least 16 years old and must sit in the front seat.
All drivers and co-drivers must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves (no tank tops).

The 14 secs is the only thing you have to be aware of.
Extra weight will probably help towards that anyways.
As far as fees, pretty sure only 1 person pays driver fees.
They don't keep track once you are in there who's paid for what.
I'm going to guess 13.8 for myself.

your wife will not have to pay extra, as long as your stang is 14.00 or slower you can have passengers, so you shouldnt have any problems :P
