one time back when i owned a 84 v6 like yours with the dual speedo, i couldnt even keep up with a minivan on the highway going up hill, he wasnt even racing, just speeding lol it was sad

lol, i beat vans all the time :P this thing has no trouble getting over hills so far! and i found i get the most power when i go to the lowest gear possable then work my way up, helps with getting your speed up for the highway with these 2.8's

Nice pics, glad to see you got them working. I also had to have my drivers side window motor replaced, not cheap, but I also was not going to hassle with it myself. Now my passenger side is broke too, damn thirdgens, lol.

lol, I JUST got my car to idle smoothly and NOT die on me when it is cold, found some sort of vacume sorce comming off the Manifold, behind the Carb infrount of the dizzy, Pluged that sucker up and now im running as i should be, but what buggs me is what is it supposed to be hooked up to? (Ill post pics of it some time this week/weekend

WEll guys, i just replaced my driverside powerwindow moter last night, and man it was a (insert a proper 4 letter word here). at last now i can go through a drive through . the passanger side looks motor looked almost brand new so i didnt replace it. i whish i would have taken some pics though, oh well

Thanks! Oh and just to let you all know, I'm going to my gtg tomarow, if any of you all want to meet up there (Target parking lot, on 12th ave in hanford) Ill be there with my car, it starts at 6:00.

A bit of an update, It looks like im gonna be putting on a 500 dollar or so paint job from maaco on it until i get a better job, If anybody in Fresno knows of a job opening give me a pm! Oh and if anybody knows how to paint a car, i would LOVE to get in touch with you, still trying to find someone to paint my car (gonna go stock color first then do the color change when i can pull my Interior and engine)
