del. what do you mean no torque numbers? hp is a direct figure of torque..

Well, yes, I know I can calculate it.
I meant I didn't get a readout.
Accoring to: TORQUE = (5252 * HP) / RPM
I would have about 263 "Mustang" ft/lbs.

hey cadi, i get 156 rwhp for your car with the dynojet 25% conversion, so you would have been a little over stock on a dyno jet i think.

I've already yanked the PROM and replaced it with the stock one. Now I need to dial down the timing to 2-3* then I'm done... for now.
I'd like to take KC up on doing the PROM burining thing in the fall. Datalogging in in my future.

I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts that the prom was your problem. Those generic tunes usually suck.

they didnt even take his car above 4k i think cuz of the downshifting and if i remember correctly, the hp was still increasing at 4k.

yeah it kept downshifting on him.
I think he would have gotten more if he could have pulled it all the way.

Dang, I've got over 1,000 posts.
How'd that happen? Oh, West Coast boards. ..heh.
Let me know when you guys want to dive into some diy prom tuning.
I'll most likely have a chip made in the meantime to attempt to lean out that horrible fuel curve of mine.
Will probably take it in locally afterwards to see the results.
