So.......

I've had this Holley adjustable fuel pressure regulator sitting in the back of my car for the past 2 yrs. I pulled plenum off today and put it in. When I started the car with the pressure guage hooked up to fuel rail, the most I could get out of it was about 45 psi. Am I missing something simple or is my fuel pump on the way out? I noticed that when I gun the engine, the fuel pressure jumps to about 50 psi. Anyway, I can't search for anything ('cept w/ google). Someone tell me what I'm seeing is normal.

disconnected and pluged mind you.

also check how fast the pressure bleeds down after you kill the engine.

Sweet. I picked up a guage that has a clear plastic hose on it. Dunno if I'm supposed to connect that to the vacuum on the afpr. I hadn't disconnected the vacuum line though. I'll give it another try.

Thanks guys.

Btw... are we still on for dyno day on Sunday? What time should I show up?

Yes we're still on for Sunday, time is TBA, but I'm sure anytime after 9-10am should be fine.
Check back again by Friday in the GTG thread and we'll have the latest.
Should be a great 70* weekend.
