Well finally got a chance to work on the camaro... Pulled out the little 305 and let me tell you, it didnt give up with out a fight!!! I guess its jealous that the LS1 is going in LOL

any special goodies u put ur ls1 engine?

 

Not yet. Going to go get it all legit before anything. After the inspection then its time to put stuff into it. Heads, Cam, Good tune, LS6 intake, cold air induction and some other little things. Cant wait should be pushing 400HP when im done.

 

nice work getting that 305 outta there! An LS1 is always a good choice when doing a motor swap, too bad the mods gotta wait. What transmission do you plan on using?

 

Its going to be a 4L60E. Later on im going to put in a shift kit and all once the inspection is all done. I wish i could put the mods in now so much easier to do. I dont want to pull out the motor again

You mentioned that you were going to sell that TBI right? What about the fan switch?

 

The Fan switch is yours and we can talk about the TBI unit... Give me a call about it. Im for sure going to need your help when i put in the LS1 bro... Cant wait should be about another month till that day.

Hopefully i should have all the wiring done so all i hav to do is drop the LS1 in and hook it up and start it... Wait i cant start it till i have the exhaust fabed up. Dang!!! we will see what the deal is...
