good luck dude, i had tons of trouble selling a Richmond 3.73 mini spooled LT1 disc brake rear with an aluminum cover with through bolts...course i was selling...then again i might as well have given it away

 

I got one of those to drop off too. Tell whoever gets yours that you know where another free one is located (in about 2 months). Ready to install the new one soon.

Seems TGO ain't the best place in the world to try and dump off a 2.73 drum brake 10 bolt, I guess mainly due to the fact that it's the only community in the world where most the members already have one that they hate

post it on craigslist as "scrap Metal" in free ive gotten rid of lots of things that way


hell someone came and picked up a really messed up unusable truck bed, fenders, and crap and i had peeople emailing me for a week to come and get it ahahah

 

If the carrier and gears are fine I will buy that stuff from you. But only if it will work with my 84 rear end. Sorry don't need the housing since I want to do a gear change on my disc rear.

 

Carrier is for 28 spline axles. Pretty sure your 84 (if it's stock) has 26 spline. You would have to swap the axles too. I'm not going to take it apart, I don't even want to touch the thing. I don't know the condition of the gears really, all I know is it seemed to drive just fine before I took it out. It's not like they're broken or anything. Its going on craigslist today.
