Re: Nor-Cal '08 Track Times
It was Camaro night last night. Armondo was out there whipping up on all the wannabes'.
I keep getting put in the Pro lane , cause I'm running slicks. I won the first round, but lost the 2nd round to a first round loser...I'm still trying to figure out Sac Raceways logic on pairing a winner up against a loser. ???
Anyway still ran a best of 12.2 @ 105mph

marc its not that there cranksters there die hards but most of them run the et serries on weekends cheap test n tune for them plus u avoid the rookies not knowin what there doin and after u win 3 or more weds night wins u get stuck over in pro anyways and ure running full slicks so u dont get a choice only way is tech in with a street tires then go to the pits slap ure slicks on u get more runs in 3 an 4 then pro. i go on weekends and i pay tripple get 2 practice runs runs and dial in time yesterday had to much **** break at infeneon they only gave super street 1 practice run and then eliminations

It's not nice to ask this lady what were her times, especially if they're embarrassed.

Re: Nor-Cal '08 Track Times
Well, Jolly ran 11.5 @ 119mph. Jolly needs bigger fuel pump. The pump can't supply enough fuel past 6500 rpm. She's retiring this year. She will be replaced by her evil twin. However, she will stay in the 11 second bracket for Wednesday night drags. Her twin will be my winter project.

Re: Nor-Cal '08 Track Times
No. I replaced the stock pump in the tank. I added a -10 outlet though for the SX pump. Maybe I'll install it and see what happens.

I'm going to retire this list as a sticky within the next week.
If you have any additions, post up! Pretty sad list for '08 folks!

Hey guys, any chance anybody here races up in Redding? I'm hoping to make it there a few times this summer and see how my Z28 does.

Re: Nor-Cal '08 Track Times
Yeah, that's the "Cool April Nights" show and they still have it. Weather can be quite scetchy around that time of year here. I have had to drive through snow storms to get there, but I will be there. Hopefully the Z28 will be driving by then and the roads will be clear.

Re: Nor-Cal '08 Track Times
I was just trying to make a relationship to those that did race not how many raced. I guess it doesnt really make sense now that I re-read it. haha
