It's alive

finally it runs. replaced the fuel pump and it fired right up after sitting for a year. I also swaped in some ebony T/A seats for the cloth seats. can't wait to drive it to the next GTG.

I like those 4th gen seat headrests better than the 3rd gen "E.T. style" headrests. I just don't like cold leather in the winter/hot leather in the summer, personally.

it's a custom bobber with a harley 80 inch evo motor. one of my one to many projects that i have. should be done this spring, then on to the CHP.

the trans am is all original so one day it will be going back to stock, besides the the stock seats match the door panels and the head liner.

Looks good. I like the Black leather but I don't know how hot it will get in the summer with the top down. My dad you to have an old Cadillac with white leather and in the summer we would put the top down and it use to get pretty hot. Hope it work out tho cause it looks sweet.

It was going to be my DD, but the fee's at the DMV were to much. So i'm parting it out now. Anybody need CHEAP parts let me know.

This summer you won't catch me driving in 90+weather even with cloth seats. it's just too hot.

Re: It's alive

Wow dude, nice ride. Looking forward to seeing it in person.

As far as the leather seats go, I'm thinking I want to put some black leather 4th gen seats in my Z28 also. My wife's 4th gen Formula has leather and I love them. They are even comfortable on the 12 hour road trips we take.
