10's & wheels up

3rdBird - 10.193 @ 136.440 - 1.394 60' - 1991 Pontiac -TRANS F*CKING AM 406 -Nos

This was my second pass w/ the bottle on. It hooked hard & I have several people telling me it pulled both front tires about off the ground about 10 inches. It felt like it so I believe them. I don't have it on video, but Armondo was there, Theo @ Wizard Racing saw it, Mark Golden, my kid, and one of my employees.

My 16 year old son came up to me after & said "that was "f**king cool the tires came off the ground". I told him it was ok to use that language this time only, and gave him a stern warning, haha. He actually shot the pics tonight.

Congratulations dude. That thing's quick, I can't imagine what it'd be like to pull the wheels off the ground nearly a foot.

Marc, that's great! How much nitrous?
That mph seems spot on for the e/t, a high 9 possible with ideal everything maybe.

You feel a little better now? I know you were not happy with your motor's non-nos times.

That was a 100 dry shot, w/ 10 degrees taken out & plenty rich. It was a very safe conservative tune. 9's should right around the corner.

The memory card on the camcorder was full & we couldn't figure out how to delete files to film it.

Thanks for the positive feedback, I'll try to not let it go to my head....

Too late.

Wow there is alot left in it. You pull only 4 deg and lean it out some, it will go well into the high 9's. Congrats
