i want a pontiac 455, or 400 motor that is complete, rebuilt, has all the accessories (a/c, alt, water pump, pulleys) must be ready to install in my car (73 formula firebird) what i have to trade is:

383 stroker motor:

motor was a 350 roller out of an 89 iroc camaro now is a built 383 long block stroker motor (no intake or carb), 30 over, edelbrock smog legal aluminum heads, eagle rotating assembly, comp cam, pushrods and lifters, gold roller rockers, new flexplate and harmonic balancer, milodon oilpan........less than 3 hours of run time. i have about 4500 into this motor and i'm in bakersfield and would need your motor delivered here and mine picked up.

i also can include a complete serpentine belt setup with a chrome high output alternator, power steering pump and march aluminum underdrive pulleys.

i can also get the TPI manifold, runners, injectors...but with all these parts would need more that a stock motor in return (or a muncie or super T-10 trans with the 455/400) email me and lets talk. ron09517@aol.com

 

I dont have one. But drive up to Turlock this weekend. Two day swap meet at Stanislaus fairgrounds. But still highly unlikely to find a built engine there also. May want to check some sort of classic pontiac board. Or keep an eye on your local craiglist listings which im sure your already doing.

 

yeah, i've been checking craigslist for quite some time, i guess the pontiac motors are pretty hard to come by.

Yeah I would assume they are pretty hard to come by. they are both good engines. Keep an eye out on craigslist, im sure one will show up eventually.
