which is a good clutch for a t56??

which is a good clutch for a t56??

i got a 89 iroc with a 97 ss t56 im looking into replacing my clutch throw out bearing pilot bearing... which is a good brand? zoom? ram? competition stage 4? centerforce i know is good im looking to spending around $280-350. if you know a site where they got deals let me know.

I have heard that the stock set up can handle quite a bit of abuse, just throwing it out there.
