So, after all of my problems (which I don;t wont to get into, neither do you ) My car decides to blow the wire on the starter in the parkinglot at work. Four hours later she is done. What a pain. It was an easy thing to do, but I did not have the tools for it, so I had to walk home. Half way there I get a hold of my gf and she comes and picks me up. So, I get this thing in the air, on a very sloped parkinglot, and I find out a blown wire from the fusable link to the starter (Russ helped me pin point the problem, that little rascal). You can imagine starting your car, than it stops and there is smoke coming from under the hood. So, I get it all fixed and dirve it home at 8:30.
Man, I almost destoryed my third gen. She is defenetly going away.

Glad you were able to get it fixed, & that it wasn't real expensive.

And besides, I didn't want to say anything, but you really kind of needed the exercise anyway, you've been getting kinda chubby lately...

(EDIT: Like I can talk... )

Wanna hear some more bad news???
Today I went to open my pass. door and it wont open. The fender was pushed in so that the door hits it and cant open. I jacked up the car on the frame yesterday and its not my first time jacking this thing up. I can't belive that I f-ed up the fender that bad. So, I go under and try to push the fender out and I hear a crack. At first I think its a good thing. I come from under it to see that the corner of THE WINDSHIELD IS CRACKED NOW. Jesus, this thing is from HELL. She just wont let me get rid of her. So, I finaly muscle the fender out to where I can open the door. However, the door still, slightly grazes the fender at one point when opening. The fender sits out ackwardly, but its really hard to notice, unless you are a third gen specialist and really into details. I am done with this piece of crap car. I was soo close to bashing the windows out and destroying it, than call up my insurance company and tell them its totaled.
I am starting to think badly of third gens, and I should know better, but man its really bad luck in bunches when you don't have money.

I need some help.

Yaaaa, just walk away from it for awhile, go do something else that does not involve cars. Then come back to it with a new head on your shoulders. Or get drunk f-your car up. Then be real mad the next day when you wake up and realize you did that to your car.

Just a thought.
