ok i have for sell is a BRAND new Comp Cams REV Kit for a SBC ROLLER motor... i got this REV think thingk my new motor was going to be a roller block and its not. this kit cost about $115 from Comp cams... it has been taken out of the box and is a little dirty from my hands having oil all over them... but it was NEVER installed i would like to get about $85 for it... if it doesn't sell before the weekend i will have it will me at denny's trying to sell it...

this kit will work in any

Chevy 265-400 w/.842" Tappet liffters

"In some endurance and most oval track applications, it is necessary to use a Rev Kit for the lifter to precisely follow the profile of the cam. This safety measure ensures that in the event fo pushrod breakage or rocker arm failure, the lifter will not come out of the lifter bore. This could cause a loss of oil pressure and a subsequent engine failure. These Rev Kits come with all necessary springs and buttons. The angle of the spring pockets duplicate the lifter angle in the block. Spring mounts are notched to fit the block where necessary and should require no machine work."

the rev kit also helps stop vavle float at 5500RPM... with the rev kit vavle float will start to happen at about 6500rpm
