RIP: Paul Walker is dead.
Been making the rounds on forums, haven't seen it hear yet. But Paul Walker of F&F fame died in a crash. He was the passenger in a porsche that T'd a tree and caught fire.
Hope it was a quick death, because being trapped in a burning car definitely one of the worst ways to go I think.

Re: RIP: Paul Walker is dead.
Heard about this maybe 4 hours ago from my friend. Almost couldn't believe it.
What's with celebs dying too young in Porsches throughout modern history? Jeez.
Sad to hear it, I hope F&F continues on strong without him, too.

As for F&F continuing on? I don't think it will. Principle filming for F&F 7 started in Sep 2013, and I don't think it was done. F&F 7 will either need to be partially reshot, or completely re-written.

It's a loss for someone who gave back so much to the world through his charities and donations. I don't know the guy Roger who was driving but RIP to him too.

unfortunate. Haven't seen the last F&F yet...waiting for it to come to netflix or redbox...
anywho, sad to hear it happen. I take it that the incident occured during charity run? Not a good way to go, but then again at least when he went, he was doing it for a good cause. RIP

Ok I'm gonna admit the .gif is funny, but let's try and keep it semi clean.
By all accounts he seems to actually have been a stand up guy and did not get a giant head when he got famous, which let's be honest, that doesn't happen much anymore.
I never had a problem with him per se, but I cannot forgive the fake that is Fast and the Furious anything.

yea that crash looks like it was at a much higher speed. I heard he was burning to death trapped in there as they emptied fire extinguisher one by one. painful way to go. He was a stand up guy. Seemed like a good role model unlike some other Hollywood trash.. to bad it was not Justin bieber.

This really sucks. I just lost my uncle ZIO Vittorio to a drunk driver on November 19. This brings back too many bad memories of that night. the curse of the little bastard strikes again.

Re: RIP: Paul Walker is dead.
None of what you posted relates to Porsche at all. Not the LeMans accidents, nor Ryan Dunn's accident. Ryan Dunn was drunk off his ***, more than double the legal limit. You could kill yourself in a Go-Kart with that level of intoxication.
The Jury is still out on Paul Walkers accident be it a bad judgement, or mechanical failure. And we've all sped before. Its not an excuse, but Track or Street mistakes can happen. Trying to crucify Porsche is a mistake.

Re: RIP: Paul Walker is dead.
I'm not trying to crucify Porsche, i love Porsche! I'm looking into buying a 944 as we speak, the point i was trying to make while you was jumping to conclusions was that Porsche has always been in the news for killing Celebs there all related to one thing death and Porsche. Exciting, i bet it helps there sells.
I wonder about your logic.
