Well this is all sorts of wacky.
Guy built a boosted motor. But instead of using Turbo's or Superchargers to compress he intake charge he just uses compressed AIR and Meth to feed the engine once the run starts. It's basically the same fueling mechanism as a rocket where all the fuel and oxidizer is stored on-board. Nothing new, but pretty novel in a drag car.

In the 80’s and 90’s before the internet was a thing car magazines like Hotrod and car craft was how we followed up on cool was to make more power, I recall a few cars using compressed air, if you search hard enough you could probably find a these articles.

Tina Peirce has been using Compressed air supercharing for several seasons now.

Haven't seen this topic discussed in ages. Back in the day (mid-'60s), Mickey Thompson (among a few others) experimented with compressed-air boost, but NHRA soon outlawed it, citing possible control problems leading to engine failure and crashes.
