My Opion on this is as long as its a legal track & not streetracing.

& its not just for Teenagers its for all dragraces.

I have no idea why a news station would turn a question about a legal business into a teenager question

because of the fuss the Teenagers are most likely putting up because they cant dragrace when they really want to do is street race lol.

 

The mans right!!! We need a dragstrip bad. Every weekend our city streets our crammed with street racers. Someone is bound to get killed. Our state freakin sucks.. They are actually trying to pass a law stating that every vehicle in newmexico must have stock exhaust systems installed. This is complete crap!! The residents in the neighborhoods are flat out tired of hearing exhaust pipes every night at 12:00 and they demand action. The nearest dragstrip is 4 hours away and that is ridiculous. We are the largest city in the state and we dont get a dragstrip. Thats total Please vote everyone we are hurting bad here.

What's the closest to you at this point? Havana or Gateway or sumpin'? I forget; moved out of spfld. years back.

 

we have an 1\8 mile in charleston that is the closest strip around here, and i think gateway is the closest 1\4 mile. i think we should turn decatur airport into a drag strip/ road coarse
never happen though, they stopped the races at the macon county fair grounds because it was too noisy, what a bunch of pus$ys.

You guys in NM might check out www.abqdragway.com for updates on the track situation. I understand they are having a support rally OCT 13...check the website above for details...and make sure you get out and vote for the right person for State Land Commissioner...the wrong person in that office is what cause this in the first place.
