1/4 mile guru's....hazzard a guess?
OK, car is almost finished and will be taking to track when it gets warm enough here. I am looking for some honest opinions on 1/4 mile times for this beast:
91 Formula weight 3500 w/driver
406 bowtie block - 11.5:1 comp
AFR 210 heads - right out box with 2.08/1.6 valves
Solid roller cam 248/248 @ 0.050" with 615/615 lift 110 LSA
TPIS miniram / 58 mm TB
Evans coolant
Level 10 Prepped 700r4 w/ 9.5" 3200 Vigilante Convertor
Strange 12-bolt w/ 4.11 gears
M/T 26x 10.5 drag slicks
aftermarket T/A, LCA, Panhrad rod,
Eibach drag springs/Lakewood 70/30 struts / 50/50 shocks
PA racing Tubular A-arms
Jegster Frame connectors

Sounds like you have a nice set up that will make plenty of power, the hard part will be getting all that power to the ground. 4.11 gears with the low first gear of a 700-R4 might make it difficult for you to hook up. If you can get good traction (1.6x 60' or less) you should be able to get into the mid 11's or maybe even low 11's.

The car hooked well last season (1.63 60') and ran 12.20 @ 111 while only putting 345 to the rear wheels.
So the suspension should be up to the task.
Since last season though, switched heads, pistons, cam, went from SLP headers to Hooker Super Comps.

lethalracer and 11sec91z are both running similar setups but i believe they're in 383's. 11sec91z is hoping for high 10's (he's running 11.21 atm) and lethal is running 12.0, both with stock suspensions.
58mm minirams
ZZX cam (240/240 596/598 112lsa)
afr 195s
11.2-11.5 cr

i believe 11sec91z is running stock injectors and fuel pump to boot...if you can tune and hook, i don't see any reason you can't get high to mid 10's.

Cool. Thanks for the replies everyone.
I do plan on running this car on the street as it is a street car.
I should be able to post the first timeslips early in April.
Thanks again guys!
