Ran my car
I finally got to run my car at the track. My edelbrock 600 carb really needs to go, i have put too much time and money into tuning it. I really think all i do is move the flat spot around in the rpm range. Anyways, the track conditions were ok, but there was a 15mph headwind which wasnt helpful.
Best ET of the day:
60ft: 2.058
1/8: 8.894@80.17
1/4: 13.772@100.93
Best MPH: 102.52
I plan on going to a 650 speed demon and hopefully that will cure some of the problems i am having.

I need to be in the 13's consistantly. My edelbrock carb is getting goofy on me, I will be going to a 650 speed demon and we will see what happens.Seth

my advice would be get a standard 4150 750cfm vac sec holley, there's no since in under carbing that thing now, and modding it later and having to change it again. With that carb you'll be adequately fed from mid 14's to mid 11's.
Nice times the first night out with it man, Even thought he carb's beating ya up a bit. that's not bad at all.. traction, and tuning, and you'll creep that down to 13.3's or so. just keep after it, and change things a lil bit at a time.

As for the other post, the 350HO makes 330 horsepower and 380 ft lbs of torque. I like the motor a lot honestly.
