Legality of fuel cell in engine compartment

Well I have my dedicated fuel system in the engine compartment where the charcoal canister used to be, with a holley blue fuel pump mounted against the side of the framerail right below it. Will I have any problems passing tech, and if I do what will they be?

Thanks!

I don't see a problem. My fuel cell is mounted in front of the rad. As long as it's within the confines of the body it will pass.
