would this rear battery pass tech

would this rear batter mount pass tech off this website?

seems to be mounted with 3/8" threaded rod, sealed to outside of cabin, etc. etc. has cut off switch. any thoughts?

Looks good to me also however it still must pass a tech inspection.

The rules state it must be in a sealed .024" steel, .032" aluminum, or NHRA accepted poly box. I guess sending all the specs and Walmart part number to NHRA tech and asking them would be the best way to know for sure.
