Someone can translate this 1/8 time in 1/4?

My friend got a 80 Pontiac Trans Am... He took it to the track last week but it's only 1/8... Can you tell us what would his time be in the 1/4?

Reaction: 0.831 (less than 0.500 is a red light)
60ft: 2.252
MPH: 70.42
ET: 9.764

He got a 350 TargetMaster engine, headman headers with dynomax muffler, 3.73 gears, TH350 transmission, rear tires are 245/60R15 and front 235/60R15.

Thanks for the informations!

Do you think it could do better than that with his combo?

He got a 350 TargetMaster engine, headman headers with dynomax muffler, 3.73 gears, TH350 transmission, rear tires are 245/60R15 and front 235/60R15.

I know it's carburated. But I don't know anything else about his car. Except for what I have put in my previous post...

So do you guys think my 88 GTA, 305 TPI, auto, 3.27 gears can hang with him or he will beat me? My car is completely stock and I have done a full tune up this summer (spark plugs and wires, cap, rotor, fuel and air filter).

I'd say he's going to win. You're probably in the 15.5-16.0 range.

However if you want your GTA to be able to beat 99% of the cars out there do a few mods. Check my signature.
