If I redlight by.015 and run 13.99 did I still run 13.99?

Reaction time has nothing to do with your ET however in a bracket race, RT can win or lose a race.

When the light turns green, you could also sit there for 10 seconds and the timer won't start counting until you start moving. You would still run a 13.99.

The timer starts when you break the starting beam. Doesn't matter if it's early or late.
