ET guesses???????
Yeah, I know its been done hundreds of time before and I'll have real numbers by mid april...
Last years #'s are in sig. (Only 2 trips to the track to try and tune)
Staying the same
9.5:1 350 (.060)
Ported 416's with 1.94 intakes
1 5/8 LT's
Upgrade cam from a 10yr old erson grind cam 224* .472" to Lunati Voodoo 60103
Change intake from Weiand single plane to RPM Air Gap
Upgrade stock suspension to Moroso Trick Front Springs and Lakewood 90/10's and rear from stock to Alston Race Cars T/A and LCARB's
Remove 75 lbs. (Mostly from the front)
3.73 gear
3500 stall in a th400
28x9 slick
I know that it won't be worth a bunch...but hopefully a few tenths

voodoo is 268/276 227/233 with 489"/.504" valve lift, and 110 lsa
that should pick up with the rpm air gap and the 750 carb. I think your old seutp should have been faster than what you ran, depends on the head porting. if not ported alot they are holding you back.
this new setup should go lower 12's at 108-110 i'd say well tuned if those heads are ported decently

Re: ET guesses???????
I took the ports as far as I would dare take them. I'm sure alot of guys have taken them farther, but with the old 305 the port and valve change was worth 5 mph.
Thanks for the input!

Re: ET guesses???????
I'd like to be optomistic and say with a good tune and good air a 12.0 is possible. I'm hoping that the suspension upgrades should help to drop my 60's by a .1 - .15. I changed some of the fuel system out this winter as well, the car was starting to cutout @ around 5500 last year after switching to the 350, also changed out the HEI module just to eliminate that as a problem, I should have some hard numbers on opening day (April 12)
