Nosing over at higher RPM's in my 1992 B4C???

Ok, got the car running in January and have been making a some shake down passes. 1st time I ran it was a 12.976 @ 102.283 w/ a 1.729 60'. Out of 3 runs my best was a 12.851 @ 100.914 w/ a 1.694 60'.

My combo is as follows; orig L98 block .030 over, vortec heads ported by Basko engine services, ported SD big mouth base, mega-ported SLP runners, ported plenum, BBK 58mm TB, Comp cams 218/224 528/536 w/ 1.6 pro mag RR's, custom headers and exhaust(with a crossflow Flowmaster), factory 3.23 gears, Edge(street) 2800 stall, 30lb injectors, 180* stat, PCMforless mail order tune, UMI subframes and a Spohn Torque Arm.

Now, my first runs up top were at 52psi Fuel pressure due to I couldnt get it any lower with the stupid coin in the regulator. W/ this pressure, it dynoed like 263hp & 330tq with a roughly 10 A/F.

My next runs were at 42psi after I removed the coin and lowered the pressure. Best to date is a 12.793 @ 103.97 w/ a 1.649 60'. Density altitude was 3059ft that night. I believe I need another tune because the car just feels as if it noses over on the big end. I am sure A/F is still pig rich but I do not have that much tuning experience. I really need to datalog this car to see exactly what is going on I guess. Any suggestions?

Oh, here is a video of the 12.85 run.
