Re: Weight estimate?
3200 is a bare bones car. Many are closer to 3500 pounds. Without getting an accurate scale measurement, you car should weigh anywhere from 3000-3500 pounds. A guess is just a guess. You might as well throw a dart at a bunch of weights written on a dartboard. If you want to know what it weighs, you'll have to find a scale.
That's BS about the truck stops. You pay to get something weighed. It doesn't matter if it's a loaded tractor trailer or a car. Every spring I use a truck scale to see what my season's race weight will be. There's lot of other places to find scales. Garbage dumps, some trucking companies have their own, gravel pits etc. If you're lucky, you may even find some free ones.
My completely gutted out race car has a race weight just under 3100 pounds. That's what everything weighs with me in the car sitting on the starting line. I have no idea what the car weighs by itself. It won't go down the track without me so I need to know how much weight the engine needs to move. I did have it in the low 3000 range once but installed a better roll cage which added more weight. Didn't really slow me down much, if any. I set a personal best this year with the heavier cage.

Re: Weight estimate?
As Stephen noted, you're throwing darts. Logically speaking I'd guestimate it in the 3300-3500 range.
My car is just over 3k with around 50lbs of balast.

Re: Weight estimate?
Find a roundy round shop or a chassis dyno shop. They should have the 4 pad scale system that will tell you the pre-load, fornt to rear and total weight.
My car scaled in at 3201 without me in it.
Specs:
87 Firebird Formula glass hood and door bar delete and all stock glass
355 sbc iron heads, 1 7/8 headers, 28 lbs of exhaust
TH400 9.5 converter
Spohn mild steel lca's, torque arm, trans crossmember, panhard bar
Moser 9" 31 spline, Strange iron 3rd member, alum pinion support, drum brakes
wolfe race craft anti roll bar
Stock front suspension with S-10 manual steering box
interior delete except 2 stock seats
8 point SW roll cage, home mede 2" sub frame connectors
bumper deletes.
1/2 tank of fuel and stock tank with sump.
front to rear ratio was 52.4 and rear to front was 47.6
front weight = 1678
rear weight = 1523
