Damn good 60 foots for your times..well if you ask me at least..try launching at a higher RPM..I bet you don't have too much a of a traction problem with a L03. Don't feel bad..my first run I got like a 15.4..I gained half a second by shifting faster and launching better. you very well could have a 15 second car my friend..good luck dude

Steve,

Looks like Brenda has to go down under again at the end of January and of course, I will tag along again . Just not sure yet if it will be Sydney again or New Zealand. I will let you know more as I find out.

I'll help you with that big block swap (out of the 17's and into the 12's or 11's) if you help me get a 3.45 9 bolt gear set and install kit back to the US

If you get a chance, I put some more pictures up of my car (in the process of being painted) and of the Cuda we have been running this year. I will have more pictures next week too.

Say hi to Carole and the kids.

I think your trap speed is a bit low. When I was running low 16s my trap speed was 84mph and 87mph when I was in the mid to high 15s.

Here is a pic from the track

Ausrs is on the left, and I am on the right (behind the tree).

I got 14.6 secs @ 93MPH in my 305TPI auto. Sixty foot timer was 2.14 secs.
