No both 94 and 95 carry the same 275hp rating. GM did tweak some small things through the years there that may or may not account for an actual difference though (5hp max if anything).

96 was the first rated HP change, dual cats upped the HP to 285hp. You could also start getting SS Camaros w/ 305hp, as well as WS6 (ram air Trans Am) cars somewhere around that year as well. I can't remember if some 95s didn't get the dual cat assembly, and the 10 extra hp. You'd have to do some more checking. Not that big of a difference either way, all the LT1 cars are decently quick...

Yes in 95 you could get the dual cat assembly giving you the extra 10 horses as an option. In 96, the SS became available I believe.

93 used a speed density fuel injection system and they changed back to mass air flow (MAF)in 94. The MAF system accepts mods more easily. I know with the Vettes they also went to sequential fuel injection in 94 and that made them noticably stronger, even though the power rating remained the same as the previous LT1s from 92 and 93. I don't know when or if they ever used sequential injection on the Camaros. But like everything else I imagine it followed within a year or two after the Vette.

The only '95's that got dual cats were California cars.
