roll cage or SFCs?

roll cage or SFCs?

You need ROll cages when you're in the 11s right? Is 4 point good enough?

Anyway, would it give me enough structural rigidty? Or would I need to use both the roll cage and SFCs?

How much do 4 points weigh?

You need a minimum of a 6 point bar if you are in the 11's. A roll bar is good to 10.0 unless the floor or firwall have been altered. Then the roll bar is good to 11.0. Quicker than that and you need a full roll cage.

My 6 point bar made from mild steel (NHRA legal) weighs 70 pounds.

SFC are a must reguardless of how fast you go. Even a roll bar in a 13 second car will improve ET and handling by eliminating body flex.
