I think the car really has potential. I ran it on ET streets, before the good run and the $250 centerforce DF clutch slipped, which caused me to miss second and it went 13.0 @ 113.8. So I said screw them and put the Radial T/A's back on and that is when it came alive...12.7 @ 116.9 on radials. It was with a 2.16 60ft time. I don't have enough gear, I had to go through the lights in 3rd. Is that costing me a ton of MPH or ET? What do you guys think? Any help would be great

Is your cluth slipping terribly or is your car spinning badly?? A 2.16 is terrible 60' time for that ET and MPH. My car ran a 12.52 @ 107 with a 1.74 60'. Now the fact that your car is a straight shift car will mean that normally it takes more MPH to get the same ET as an Auto car, but 116 is flyin'!! What RPM are you launching at?? With gears and a decent hook, that car will easily get in high 11's.

I only used ET streets on the first 13.0 pass, they did not get along with my clutch at the 4000 RPM launch, I still only managed a 2.1 with those due to a slipping clutch, I ran the 12.7 on BFG radial T/A's, which had massive tire spin in 1st and when shifting to second. I am going to try some Drag radials.
