What's going to be done with the swap:

mrl performance is working on a turnkey motor, just put in request last week for 500hp motor Budgeted $7000 so no details yet
It will likely be an lq4 with msd atomic efi & required ignition parts
bmr tubular k member & a arms
umi caster camber plates
stock discs rear
wilwood 12.19" front discs & master cylinder
koni adjustables

Ah, i see... A bit of a drive, but I would love to see that LS when you get it in there! Would be fun to match it up with my 383

 

just a short day trip away. I hang out with a couple of guys with turbo swapped grand nationals I'm really tired of being last. I got a quote back for a turnkey 530-540hp ls a little over 8k waiting on the build sheet to see exactly what their plan is.

 

Sounds like a pretty solid set up, a lot of ponies under the hood.

Once the engine is ordered I'll start a thread. I hope my diff holds up for awhile after the swap!
