Im rolling through an accident scene"the scene was allready cleared cops were just leavung".I stop at the red light and i got the tunes pumping a female pmsing cop comes to my window and

asks me if i could hear the sirens of car if my music is that loud.

me:Yes i can
her:i don't thinks so
me: I do
her:do you know what unnecessary noise is.

some info from the past.I got a ticket for unnecessary noise a few months ago,but im fighting it because the law does not state anything about stereo noise just engine,exhaust and braking systems.

Back to the story

me:As a matter fact i do"I begin to pull a piece of paper out of the glove pouch"
and i read the law to her from a sheet i got at the dmv.

her:That's a cheat sheet,there's more to that law then the sheet says.Talk to ICBC theres more to that law.

me:No there isn't i got this from the motor vehicle branch since i've done nothing wrong i'll be leaving now.And I rolled away with the tunes pumping.

I love sticking to the cops.

TECH part

Changed lower radiator hose on sunday after it busted,what a bitch so much **** in the way took me forever.The clamps were facing a way in which was nearly impossible to get to.But i got it done and everything in tip top shape.

Actually, it all depends on what the Judge thinks and what legal precedents have been set. If a similar case has been presented with a stereo as the source of noise and unless you present new arguments, you will receive the same verdict as the previous case.

Know your case history.

 

Yes the law states any coating what so ever on driver passenger clear or tinted is not allowed and you must have left and right hand side mirrors if you plan on tinting the rear part of yer car.. I have been tinting for 17 yrs coast to coast . hope that helps!

don't know about tinting laws all i know is that my tint is definetly illegal.

What percentage do you have on your car? I dont know the percentage on mine, but since it was an audio show car, and the guy was worried about theft, he put dark tint on the back, during the day you can only barely see in, and the windows are pretty dark too. He told me both the sides and the back are illegal so if I get pulled over to roll the windows down. It seems to be a pretty good job too, the back where the defrost lines are isnt peeling or anything.

Kenyata Ried, 22, served the sentance Tuesday, when a park ranger dripped him off more than a mile inside a forested stretch or parkland about 25 miles northeast of Cleveland.
Ried had gotten in hot water by blasting his car stereo in front of a police officer. Municipal Judge Michael Cicconetti offered Ried a choice: two days in jail or three hours alone in the woods."

Listen guys, two options, stop bypassing swear filters or you get banned. Simple as that.

Storm is in Canada. First, the worst Storm is likely to get is a ticket and a small fine. Second, the courts REALLY hate sending people to prison...they are using "electronic monitoring" more often for non-violent crimes. Third, some of our prisons have it pretty good. I believe the Ferndale Prison at Mission even has a mini Golf Course. Lastly, you generally only have to do 1/3 of your sentence (if good behaviour) and 2/3 if bad behaviour. Very seldom does anyone do a full sentence in Canada, you REALLY have to screwed up while doing your time to do a full term.

This is why so many Canadians that end up in a US prison want to get extradited back to Canada.
