If I remember the story correctly there are a handful of those hoods in existance, one was on a car in portland other than Lance's. I think he said there were like 5 or something, and one of those was supposed to be in Florida.

Still though, thats bull. Posting an image and insinuating that it's your work? especially when it's a one off piece that is so well known.

If you'll all excuse me I'm going to post pics of Jon's install and tell everybody my swap is done.

 

Easy guys.... He was asking about the amount of overhang, not saying that is the hood he is making. In a previous post he asked, and I posted that pic of my hood for reference, saying that I'd like that much overhang. I am planning on buying one of these hoods for Hugger initially, and maybe swap 'em if I need better clearance on Blue (which I think this hood will provide). If he wants to provide blisters, or a place to put louvers or blisters like my car has, well I'm not going to complain. I plan to make the Jongblod hood into as much of a copy of mine as I can, and if he takes some of the work out of it for me, so much the better. I don't mind sharing what is basically a Camaro design in the first place...

 

Alright cool, just had to watch your back buddy Honestly, if someone other than GT Auto made a Jongbloed style hood for the T/A with the vents, etc, I would buy one... but, Im liking that cowl hood Aaron loves so much for the 'Birds.
