New motor running

Finally, my car is running OK. The only problem is I still am showing an EGR code. Can I pass emmissions with this code? My cam is not much larger than stock LCA 112 208/222 with .505.540 lift. The new motor with no supercharger is as fast or faster than the stock engine with the supercharger Now, Brad and I are going to put a set of subframe's on ....and we are going to make Brad a set I wish I was not working on Saturday, I would love to dyno the car with and without the supercharger. Have fun and be safe this weekend.

I have just put 400miles on my new engine. Balanced 5.7 with the stock tpi intake, slp runners ported, AFR 190 heads, Custom cam @.50 208\222 with .495/.540 lift on 112 LCA headers, flowmaster cat back. Anyway, on the freeway and some Red 89-93GT mustang pulls up as I am about 500 ft from the exit I was taking and he is taunting me. So for hte first time on the new motor, I race him...only for about 2 seconds...up to 75-80mph. Blew his doors off and took the exit. I'm not much for street racing so I always play it safe. This stang was pretty fast...I would guess mid to hi 13's. My new motor is faster than when i had the stock engine with my supercharger which ran a 12.8. I can't wait to put the supercharger back on I have to put my subframe connectors on first, then burn a chip... Hope I can break into the hi 11'swith my new engine
