Went out and ran the code on my IROC today. Code 54 - low voltage to the fuel pump. Doesn't make sense though since if anything it is pumping too much fuel, and low voltage would cause too little. Towed it up to my mechanic. Let him figure it out...

I'm afraid that it is probably a faulty ECM though. When I first got the car and we were getting it running it was throwing all kinds of weird ECM codes, and all of a sudden they stopped. This is the first code the car has thrown since then.

 

that sucks, hopefully the mech, will fix it soon, and not cost too many bones.

 

maybe you should go and buy a RX-7

 

When fuel pressure is low the injectors just pour through instead of spraying. Then itll flood even though you'd think the opposite would happen. Hope it doesnt take too long to fix.
