Z-28 Rebuild...
You got me on that Phaser. Sounds like a real set of winners there, hehe. Make sure you burn them off the day before you swap 'em.
Get 245/50's or 255/50's if you're keeping the 16"s.
At least you'll be getting her painted soon!
If costs are piling up too quickly, buy the rear pair first.

Just a randomly posed question... which do you prefer,
a 305tpi w/ a 5 spd or a 350tpi with a auto?
I have a chance of getting a 92 z28, guy lives down the street from me.
*only an option if it turns out itll cost more to fix my current car then what its worth.

The T-5 is fun! But I could live with the 700R4 if that meant getting the 350 instead
If you do part that car, you better let us vultures know

if i buy the 350, depends on what i can part out and what i cannot... depends basically on what is economically the best way... how much do you think i could make by parting it out? would it be more than maaco blasting it and selling it outright?
gonna go check out the 92 z28 tommorow, ill keep you guys updated on it, power everything a/c works.. hehe.
oh yeah, and if its g92 and fe2... im gonna have to buy it lol

What, can I say... G92.. B2L..FE2...
friggin awesome. only thing though, new o2 sensor needed, cuz check engine light is on... paint is decent...
Im a gonna get this one lol.... (since my mom remains skeptical about the safety of my "repaired" z28)
A/C blows cold, power everything... I feel so much more comfortable... yes I realize that i am pretty strange.

Since the car is clear title (right?) you would have no problem selling the car whole at a reduced price...
But try to be honest with the potential buyers. Let them know that the car was wrecked. (you might want to show the potential buyer the damage and let him make his own judgements... (takes the monkey off your back)

Ed- you get first dibs on the hood, and its blisters. there's not much of the brackets etc. left over as I used most of them as mounting appliances for the newer front clip. plus what wouldve been useful is pretty much mangled. What remains i guess is basically the hood, and since you were the first interested, ill give you first shot at it.
The car's pretty much fine now... aside the semi goofyness of having an rs hood and 85-89 gfx.
Rob- thanks for the parts, pretty sure i dont need anything else.

Just remember that the side sections are a real PITA to remove... (the last bolt that runs through the rear 1/4 by the back seat)
But at least the car would be all the "same"
