Now that is low balling IMO. C'mon, give the guy a break. He claims it is brand new and trust me, unless you know someone in the industry(and even then I would doubt it) you will not find this anywhere for $700 shipped. It will probally cost close to $20-30 just for shipping as this thing is heavy. This is one of the best converters you can put on your trans period. Do not forget that if this is still under warantee(2yrs old or less) you can send it to Precision and get it re-stalled to whatever stall speed you wish. So don't let the 2800rpm limit you. Damn, I sound like a salesman for PI.

 

Well he said "will negotiate price". Is the warranty transferrable? I checked PI's site and I could not find anything about being transferrable. Last time I drove a new car off the lot I lost alot of money. If I wanted to sell that new car 5 feet off the lot I would never get darn near full price for it. I'll just buy new, get what I want, a warranty w/receipt, and no worries if I bought someones headache or being scammed over the net.
