Converted LT1 Intake Setup
Converted LT1 Intake Setup
This was installed three years ago on my S-10 and worked extremely well with the ProTopline Heads, LT4 Hotcam, and 1.6 Rockers. I'm selling this because I want to go in a diffferent direction with my engine.
Notice the four corners have been TIG welded for additional coolant port coverage. The only trouble I've ever had was with one of the coolant fittings where coolant slowly seeped up the threads. I probably needed to put more thread sealer on it. This pictures are of the intake when I installed it. I have only used it for a couple thousand miles since, so it is only slighly dirty and should clean up like new with carb cleaner or a prep solvent. This manifold was converted by John. The center four bolt holes are angled for both early and late style heads. Also notice that additional machine work was performed to allow for the bolts to mount flat against the intake.
The fuel rail has a -6 fitting brazed on the end. I will be keeping the regulator, but I do have the short stock return line after the regulator that I can include if you request it.
Converted LT1 Manifold: $225.00
Throttle Cable Bracket: $5.00
Fuel Rails (no regulator): $40.00
Polished Remote Thermostat Housing Tapped for CTS and with fittings: $55.00
Corvette Rail Covers and Mounting Studs (Very cleanly modified for distributor clearance: $75.00
Summit Swivel Thermostat Housing: $10.00
I'm willing to sell the entire setup as listed above for $400.00 plus $45.00 shipping. I just purchased bubble wrap and a large box and spent nearly $20.00. Actual shipping should also cost just over $20.00.
There are a lot of pictures found here: http://www.s10wildside.com/wildside/lt1induction.htm

I prefer to sell this complete. If no one purchases this complete after two weeks (Nov 18th), I'll consider parting it out.

Which protopline heads did you use? I'm looking for a setup to match my protopline heads. Would you be willing to sell this whole setup without the corvette rails? Also, what about a throttle body?

Ok, then these wont work with my iron lightning heads. I researched this further. They can't be port matched to the 220cc heads. Thanks anyway.

i bought a speedometer setup from S10Wildside and i can safely say he is a great seller he got the part shipped out fast so dont worry about getting ripped from this guy.
I'll be including all the smaller coolant hoses. They'll come in handy for the 90 degree bends. I'm also going to include the intake bolts because a few of them are shorter to allow for installation.
