...Its that black cover thing that the windshield washer pump plugs into....there is a circuit board on the back side with this black piece that rotates...used in cars with delayed wipers....I can't find any at the local junkyards...I was wondering if maybe somebody had one on here....the dealer wants something like 80 bucks for it new...my car is a 1986 camaro Z28...I'm not sure the exact years that they used this part.
