Go to any junkyard and grab a 2 prong male style connector that looks like the one that will fit into your reverse light female connector on the trans. Make sure and cut the wires 6 inches or so (that way you have something to connect your new wiring to). Go to the store and buy about 10 feet of 12 gauge wire. Go home and look at the original wiring on the neutral safety switch. If your car was an auto the purple and yellow wires will need to be either wired to the clutch switch or just wired directly to each other. If you wire thhem to each other your car will be able to start while it's in gear-not a good idea- Anyhow there will be 4 more wires at the neutral switch. two are solid colors and 2 have a black stripe. Wire the 2 solid colored ones (not yellow or purple) to the switch you bought at the junkyard using the wire you bought at the store. It does not matter which wire goes to which. Plug it in and whalla! Homemade wiring harness. This is how I did mine and it works great.
