laptop battery for programming
i need a good laptop battery for a compaq presario 1622 i belive is the model. it needs to be able to hold a charge. i know its a long shot but i need it for tunning. thanks or if anyone has a dirt cheap laptop i may be interested. thanks

i have a few p133 laptops with cdrom and floppy,1gb harddrives, and win98se, and charger/ac adapters. I also have a direct converter for cigarette lighter/ac 110 volt adapter, it eliminates the need for a battery! I'm getting $60 shipped for the laptops and $30 shipped for the ac/dc adapters
most of those batteries are 75-125 each and only last a year or so, unless i buy a new laptop, i dont both with batteries!
