My 305 is knock a knockin' sence yesterday, dont kno why, but itll cost more to take it to a mechanic then to rip it apart myself, i got none of the tools or a lift or anything outside of general tools.
Anyone got a cheap 305 or 350 short block?

Sorry about that, my damn email didnt get an email saying this thread was replied. As of right now I have everything to make this 305 complete. It was out of an 87 iroc z, 305 tpi. The tpi injection is off of it because i installed a 94 lt1 cam. Everything was running great when it was in the car. Haven't fired her up yet with the lt1 cam cause i decided not to go this route and i'm lookin for another car.
Don't mind the lt1 intake on there, i changed my mind about that too , so thats for sale also.
I think it has 90k on it, i doubt the car rolled over. If it was 190k it would be hard to believe.
Make an offer man.

WEll I started on the swap, so far i have all the bolt holes drilled to match the 081 305 heads, and i also did the egr block offs. So i still had to drill and tap for coolant, drill a hole for the dist. I have the fuel rails, the intake, and the 2 heater nipples for the coolant.
