Looking for a cruise control cable for a late third gen with TPI. We did the engine swap from a 305 TBI to a 350+ TPI and miss the cruise control.

 

Look to see whether the cruise control servo is mounted on the opposite side of the battery tray. If you get the bracket to mount that servo by the washer fluid reservoir (like the TPI and the V6 MPFI cars), the cable should be the right length. We got the bracket at the junkyard (you can get one off a V6 car). The dimples were even there to drill the holes in the exact location to mount it.

 

Thanks for the info. I seem to recall the biggest issue I had was the end from the bracket to the throttle body was different on the TPI versus the TBI.

I will look into the relocation bracket, but I will still need a cruise control cable if anyone has one.
