non a/c heater box
i am looking to buy a non a/c heater box for my 91 rs. i really dont want to spend a lot of money for one, im just sick of that bulky ac unit.

Hey, since you don't want to spend alot maybe you could check Chevy S10s in the junkyard. They used the same box in the late 80s/ early 90s. Maybe even check their forums as well. The prices for the AC delete box certainly jumped alot in the few years.

the newer years (94-02) are plastic.
they look pretty cool in there if you ask me.
both work, but the factory camaro box has its place as a direct fit, and some people like to use the term 1LE when talking about the box.
its a social piece.

Transmission: manual, automatic
got one $100. came out of an 86 iroc. Also have complete dash and heater controls if you want to do the conversion right. $350 for all plus shipping
