Am I safe?

Ok, my fuel system is good, and my motor burns no oil. I have 83,000 fairly gentle miles on my 305TPI. I want to run a 100shot on it. Do you think I will have any problems? I have looked on this board and I know alot of people ask for the same advice. Sorry to ask again but I haven't seen anybody with my setup. If I install it I will re-install my stock PROM, and retard my timing a couple of degrees. I will also change plugs accordingly. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW: I run a 15.3 now, with a 100 horse shot what do you think I can run? (mods are in sig)

like you said, you will have to lose the chip because it adds too much timing and pulls too much high RPM fuel when on nitrous. the stock chip should work and 14's here you come. run the NX 20920 or NOS 5151

Thanks for the input guys. I put up a post like this awhile back, I am just trying to build up my confidence that I probably won't blow my motor as long as I install the system correctly. Not to mention do the few things required to make sure it's reliable. Like I said in my original post I know people ask this question 100 times a week, but everyones motor is a little different in the way it's been cared for, and it's present condition. I think I will go ahead with the N2O install. What systems do you use/recommend?

Whats the c/r on that 305 like 9.3:1 ??

I'd think you'd be ok with a solenoid based fuel block valve. (blocks return line, increases rail pressure)..

Nitrous scares me..
